Help with the app
If you have an account, open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Help & Support. You will get a reference number, and our reply appears inside the app. If you cannot sign in, email us instead.
Add or update a venue
Own or manage a place? Use the venue registration form. Our team reviews every request and will email you about it.
Report wrong information
Found a mistake on a venue page or in a guide? Email us with the page address and what you found. To report a barrier such as a broken lift or a blocked ramp, use the app, so that other users can see it on the map.
Privacy and your data
To ask about your data or delete your account, see our privacy policy, which explains your options, or email us from the address on your account.
