- Only while the app is open. Compass never listens in the background, and your voice stays on your phone.

A wrong answer costs you a wasted journey. So Compass answers from real places and real reports, never from guesswork.
Real places only
If a place is not in the app, Compass will not mention it. You never get sent somewhere that does not exist.
It asks before it acts
Adding a stop or changing a trip always shows you a card first. Nothing happens until you tap yes.
Needs a connection
Both AI features run on our servers, so they need mobile data or Wi-Fi. Without a connection they are unavailable, and the rest of the app carries on as normal.
Vision
Every barrier photo gets checked
When someone reports a blocked ramp, you need to know the picture is real. Vision looks at every photo before it goes on the map.
- Blurry or blank shots are caught before they waste anyone’s time.
- The same photo cannot be reused across reports, so points stay fair for everyone.
- It writes the description for you, so reporting takes seconds.
- You are never blocked. If it cannot be sure, your report still goes through and a person reviews it.
